Welcome to Usign (Pty) Ltd. Usign provides a secure electronic signature platform that enables individuals and organisations to sign, manage and verify documents digitally. By accessing or using the Usign platform, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service and all applicable policies referenced herein.

Violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination of access.
Usign services operate on an envelope-based licensing model. An envelope represents a document transaction processed through the Usign platform, with one (1) envelope equivalent to P1.00. Each signatory added to a document within an envelope is charged at a rate of P5.00 per signatory.
Customers may obtain envelopes through the following methods:
Customers may purchase envelopes directly within the Usign system. Envelope bundles may be purchased starting from P100 or more, and the corresponding envelope credits will be allocated to the customer account immediately upon successful payment.
Customers may alternatively make payment via bank transfer or other approved payment methods. Upon confirmation of payment, Usign will allocate the purchased envelope credits to the customer's account accordingly.
Envelope credits are deducted automatically each time a document is signed. Charges are calculated based on the number of signatories participating in the signing process.
Cloud-based customer accounts include a base storage allocation as defined in the applicable service plan. Additional storage charges may apply where the allocated limit is exceeded.
Envelope credits that have already been allocated to a customer account are non-refundable once activated, except in cases of duplicate payment or billing error as determined by Usign.
Customers retain full ownership of all documents uploaded to the platform. Usign acts only as a service provider facilitating secure electronic signing and document management.
Customers are responsible for maintaining backups of their documents, as Usign provides access to document downloads and email copies but does not assume responsibility for retained copies.
Usign may update, improve or modify the platform to enhance security, reliability or functionality. Such updates may occur without prior notice for cloud-based services.
The Usign platform, including its software, design and technology, remains the exclusive property of Usign (Pty) Ltd. Users may not copy, distribute, modify or reverse engineer any part of the system.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Usign shall not be liable for indirect damages including loss of business, profits or data arising from the use of the platform.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Botswana. Any disputes relating to the use of the platform shall fall under the jurisdiction of Botswana courts.
Usign reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Updated versions will be published on our website. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
